Every session, be it a personal makeover or a skill-building class, is designed with deep industry experience and client focus. Due to the nature of our work and limited availability of seats or booking slots, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
No Refunds Policy
By booking or enrolling in any service or course, you acknowledge and agree that:
✅ All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance, completion, or satisfaction level.
✅ Our makeup services and classes are time-based, skill-based, and personalized, and once booked, those slots cannot be reused.
✅ For all online workshops, access to class links or content is considered full delivery of service.
✅ For offline makeup services or classes, once a date is blocked, that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked for others.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by the client. However:
In case of emergency or technical issues from our end, we reserve the right to reschedule the session or provide alternate access to recordings or future slots.
Modifications & Changes
We may update the class content, format, or structure at our discretion to improve quality or accommodate updated trends. These changes do not qualify for refunds but ensure a better learning experience.
